• When a customer puts the wrong address and does not email before the shipment is packaged with marketing  (Customer pays a $2.00 charge , code will be issued)
• When a customer sends their order to a PO box and it gets sent back to us and we must ship it out again with a new label ( so customer chooses this option and pays for the full shipping cost again)
