Where do we ship?

  • USA AND CANADA

Do we ship to P.O Boxes?

  • No, we do not; sometimes, the postal service ships it back due to the customer's outstanding balances. Also, Shopify does not recognize the P.O. box addresses sometimes.

What forms of payment do we accept?

  • We accept Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, and Visa.

When will I get my order?

  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be handled the next business day. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
    • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation immediately. If you do not see an order confirmation in your inbox, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM folder. If you fail to see an order confirmation in your inbox or junk mail, please email us: supremeframesinc@gmail.com.

Can I change my address after the order has been placed?

  • Please email us as soon as you can before the order has shipped. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package.
  • Orders with the wrong shipping address are not the responsibility of Supreme Frames once shipped out. 

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you did not receive your tracking number, please feel free to contact us. 
  • When your item is shipped, you will view and monitor updates through USPS using your tracking number. 

When are you restocking? Is this item coming back?

  • Supreme Frames releases many styles monthly; there is no guarantee a style will come back. We want to give you one million options so you can look fly. 

What does it mean when it states "DISCOUNTED"?

  • Not every frame is perfect; sometimes, my manufacturer sends some sunnies that are not 100%. Minor scratches, imperfections, if it's on my website under discounted, this is the case. The defects cannot be seen in pictures. 

Do we accept returns/exchanges?

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are packaged in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your order, such as an item missing, wrong item, or it came broken, please email us ASAP with pictures. We can see on our side when the package was delivered. 
  • We are not responsible for any orders once the package has been delivered, like theft or damages caused to the items after possession. If your package is missing, lost, or is stolen, please contact your mail courier or feel free to contact us if you need help taking the necessary steps to report a theft/missing package with the courier. Once we hand your package over to the courier it is their responsibility if anything is lost in their hands, we will provide information such as tracking numbers a
